Interesting... I'd read a survey that most folks, were Kitchner and Waterloo to combine, would prefer the name Waterloo for the new city. Interesting to hear some dissent. :)

Yes, I realise you didn't ask me but I thought I'd throw in my answer because some people might find it amusing.

Toronto...I can't really think of a name other than the one it has...maybe Smog City, but that would be mean.

Waterloo...anything but Waterloo. Who names a city Waterloo? "I live in the 'loo!"
